Who exactly are the Mile High
Chunnel Toppers??? Its a team of crazy
friends from Boulder Colorado who are out to conquer the English
Channel this summer. And they have a goal of raising $10,000
for Special Olympics AND the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Why? Well, its a birthday gift, of course (that's what
everyone wants for their 50th birthday, right?). A spot on
the English Channel Relay of 5 people rotating 1-hour legs in
nasty, jellyfish-infested, 56 degree water until they
arrive on French soil.
